By accessing or using services provided by MHM ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services on a subscription or one-time payment basis. Service specifications are described on our pricing page and in your order confirmation.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must be 18 years or older to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to:

Host, distribute, or promote illegal content under applicable international law
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate a spam relay
Conduct phishing, fraud, or identity theft
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Engage in cryptocurrency mining without our prior written consent
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Use excessive server resources that degrade service for other customers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Payment & Billing

All fees are payable in advance in the currency shown at checkout
Invoices are due on the date issued unless otherwise stated
Services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment and terminated after 30 days
Prices may change — we will give at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect

5. Refund Policy

New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the first purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and renewal invoices are non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver the service. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

6. Uptime & Service Levels

We aim for 99.9% uptime on all hosting plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations. For full details see our Service Level Agreement (SLA) page.

7. Data & Backups

We perform regular server-level backups but we do not guarantee backup availability. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of website files and databases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our software is the property of MHM or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months immediately before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. You may cancel by contacting support. We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION, e.g. "England and Wales" or "the State of Delaware"]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory consumer rights you may have.
