Escrow.com's own WooCommerce gateway charges from 0.89% of every transaction, uncapped, forever — the more your marketplace does in volume, the more it costs. MegaWallet is a WordPress plugin you install once. Whatever your own payment gateway (Paystack, Flutterwave) charges is the only fee — MegaWallet adds nothing on top.

Compliance — Read Before You Enable Real-Money Deposits

MegaWallet is an orchestration and bookkeeping layer, not a money transmitter, and does not itself take custody of funds. Deposits are captured by your connected payment processor or confirmed manually by you against your own bank/mobile-money statement — the wallet balance shown to users is an internal ledger record of funds you already hold, not a separate vault. Escrow "holding" is a workflow status, not a legally separate custodial account. You are responsible for confirming your own money-transmitter, escrow, and consumer-protection obligations in your jurisdiction before enabling real-money deposits and marketplace escrow — this varies significantly by country and transaction volume.
